Ajwain (Carrom Seeds) – 1 pinch (optional) Salt – ½ tsp Cooking Oil – 4 tbsp (60 ml.) Water – ¼ cup/60 ml (approx.) For the vegetable filling: Cooking Oil – 1 ½ tbsp. Mixed Vegetables (chopped carrots, green beans, peas, sweet corn, green bell pepper/capsicum)- 1 ½ cup Finely Chopped Onions – ½ cup Boiled peeled and mashed Potato – ½ cup Garlic – 3 large cloves Ginger – ½ inch piece Coriander leaves – ¼ cup Green chilli – 1 no. Spices – ½ tsp. cumin seeds, ½ tsp. turmeric powder, 1 tsp. red chilli powder, 1 tsp. coriander powder, 1 tsp. garam masala powder, Optional spices – ½ tsp. crushed fennel seeds (saunf), ½ tsp. dry mango powder (amchur), ½ tsp. chaat masala powder Salt to taste Cooking Oil for deep-frying
